You are solely responsible for the content you encode and for how you use the codes you create. Because generation happens in your browser, we do not review, store, or control that content. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use any content, logos, or links you include.

The Service, including its design, text, and software, is owned by LinkQRPro and protected by applicable laws. The QR codes and barcodes you generate are yours to use freely, including for commercial purposes. Our name and branding may not be used to imply endorsement without permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that generated codes will scan on every device, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will meet your requirements. Always test your codes before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkQRPro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
