Meesho Label Printing Guide: Crop, Thermal and A4

Meesho order labels come as a PDF with the shipping label on top and a tax invoice below. For sellers shipping dozens of orders a day, printing the full page every time is slow and expensive. This guide shows how to keep just the label and print it cleanly, on either a thermal roll or A4 paper.

Step 1: Download labels from the Meesho Supplier Panel

1. 1Open the Meesho Supplier Panel and go to your Orders.
2. 2Select the orders to ship and download the shipping labels as a PDF.
3. 3The saved file contains the label and the tax invoice for each order.

Step 2: Remove the invoice

Upload the PDF to the free Meesho Label Crop tool. It recognises the Meesho layout and keeps the full-width shipping label while removing the invoice below it, across every page. Everything is processed in your browser, so your order data and buyers’ addresses are never sent to a server.

Step 3: Print on thermal or A4

• 4×6 thermal printer: choose “Label printer” so each label prints full-size on a 101×152 mm direct-thermal roll — the fastest, cheapest way to pack at volume.
• A4 printer: choose “A4 printer” to combine several cropped labels on each sheet, print on a normal printer, and cut them apart.

Common mistakes to avoid

• Printing with “fit to page” on — it shrinks the label and can make the barcode unreadable. Always print at actual size.
• Using the wrong media size in the thermal driver — set it to 4×6 inches.
• Skipping a test scan — always verify one label scans before printing the batch.
